I am diabetic so the unclear wait the is really. The receptionist Alex was so lovely, professional and listened to my questions and tried her best help/update me. The big let down is the fact that you have no idea (") Where you are in the list to be seen when the reception area is empty - it seems like you will be seen reasonably soon - instead you are kept wondering if you have been forgotten.
