The responsiveness when we first walked into the emergency department is incredible. The great level of service continued on the ward. Nurses were attentive, compassionate and patient. They looked after our parents as well as our daughter. The nighttime staff were so lovely, special mention to LJ like put our daughter at ease despite the situation we are also very grateful to Dr. Jyriacos, Cathy (paediatrist) and also Karan who served breakfast. We are grateful Hazel's support professionalism. The communication, information and support that we received was amazing.
