Given pile of forms. Then posted forms No one to one care, no rehab just videos. No one even told me what I was able to do!

The quality of care was good and the staff were kind and friendly.

I think the one thing that would be really helpful is if patients were informed of what is happening when a blood rest is being done I am curious to know what for and what will happen next or what are the next steps.

The rehabilitation was good exercise in confidence building. I gave me the feeling that something more was being done to alleviate the depressive situation.
Suggested improvements
The consultant and his team did not follow up as expected, especially in view of my low LV function.
