The process was inefficient we came to A and E yesterday and came back today for all ultrasound @ 9 am, nurse and Doctors were clearly over rushed. Understaffed which effects communication issued which we expensed yesterday.

Communication between staff and doctors / nurses needs to improve step by step or next step should be communicated to avoid patients heavy to continually ask and remind.

The service was first class. All the doctors, nurses and other members of staff were incredibly efficient, kind, patients and caring.

Everyone apart of my care today displayed such compassion and empathy with me, all were very kind patient and attentive to all my needs and made sure I was very well informed at each step. Even the surgical staff were very lovely and helped reduce any anxiety I was feeling extremely happy with the experience today considering my anxiety from my last surgery here year ago! Thank you everyone!!
