Long time wait.

The process was inefficient we came to A and E yesterday and came back today for all ultrasound @ 9 am, nurse and Doctors were clearly over rushed. Understaffed which effects communication issued which we expensed yesterday.

Communication between staff and doctors / nurses needs to improve step by step or next step should be communicated to avoid patients heavy to continually ask and remind.

The service was first class. All the doctors, nurses and other members of staff were incredibly efficient, kind, patients and caring.

Was generally good here. I haven’t had an overnight stay before so didn’t know what to expect.

Some assistants were not as friendly as they could be. But others were lovely. The ward sister particularly good.
