Everyone who looked after us were very respectful and kind. They were also very co- generative, (however the receptionist at the CBU was a bit off maybe due to smooth ahs happened).

Was quiet in A and E and everything was smooth.

When called nurse/ Dr had entered consultation room already and closed the door. We did not know where they had gone.
