It was good because they communicated well and empathetic, however want times are long and receptionist one a bit snappy.

There was a lot of back and forth explaining the same thing to multiple clinician which I tell was unnecessary.

Avoid the need to talk to so many people as the patient explained that they cannot sit for long period and being sent back to A and E constantly without any timely updates.
