Treatment has been very good but have to wait over 8 hours before seeing a doctor was poor.
Suggested improvements
Reduce the amount of waiting. Employ more doctors.

I have been seen to by polite staff that communicated very well.
Suggested improvements
I feel I have had a very long wait times. I sport 3 hours in Barbing hospital and was referred to you. I've already been here for 4 hours so for me, it's been a very long afternoon of waiting.

The doctor who saw my father was extremely rude. All I tried to do is speak and clarify on behalf of my father. He treated me with no respect.
Suggested improvements
Get a better doctor with intelligence and empathy.
