The nursing staff have had their hands full on this ward with some patients being abusive. These staff should not have to deal with this as it takes their time away from what they need to do. They dealt with these situation very professionally. The doctors on at the weekend called communicate a little better with patients especially if changing mediators.

The only comment would be for the weekend doctors could check on each patient and communicate any changes rather than the nursing staff needing to. The weekday doctors communication was good.

I really got serious back problem from last 8-10 minutes and I came yesterday and the staff refer me straight way to the A and B for scans and the staff are really polite.

Well, I have many patients they were waiting from long time for their turn because they were suffering from the pain, I think so according to me you could have better that manage quickly all the patients.

The waiting hours I was told was 4 hours when I arrived but it took 13 hours for my 79 year old mother to by seen by a doctor.

There was only one doctor in charge over night. More doctors could be provided to ease the long waiting time will be appreciated.
