Because I felt better looked after all the time.

I have been waiting more than 7 hours which I perfectly understand but to be honest I don’t understand why.
Suggested improvements
Lack of staff dealing with parents. Service nurses doing the more. Lock of communication long waiting time for investigation. Looks like nobody’s happy to were hire.
