Attention to detail. Overall attitude from staff very pleasant.
The nurses were fantastic and kind. The rest of the service and communication was poor.
Suggested improvements
Keep patients updated about times not just on a board. Communicate it isn’t much to ask.

If I had, had a serious head injury I could have died whilst waiting I have been here for more than 7 hours.
