If I had, had a serious head injury I could have died whilst waiting I have been here for more than 7 hours.

I gave the alone answer because I was well looked often by caring nurse & HCA's, Emma, Daisy, Anna, Ada Tatiana, lilia Manla, Sister incharge -Anna,(beautiful lady) sister Marveen, nurse sister Shenon, Florence, Alve, very caring and friendly.

There is always room for improvement I havent been long enough to notice the negative sides. the more staff need to be more efficient, they seem to be in a rush and gets the menu wrong.

Been here for 11 hours, still waiting on the doctors. Took 7 hours for a scan. Better time management.

Attention to detail. Overall attitude from staff very pleasant. The nurses were fantastic and kind. The rest of the service and communication was poor.

Keep patients updated about times not just on a board. Communicate it isn’t much to ask.
