The staff on the ward were extremely helpful and so was the doctors and physios.
I was cared for really well and will highly recommend King George Hospital especially Dahlia ward.
The kindness of the staff the wait between different procedures, although I understand this could be difficult to alter.
Nothing. All very good.
Nothing it was perfect.
- The staff were warm and friendly.
- All my son's needs were immediately addressed. Most of the time, I need not have to ask for it, it's already there.
- Everyone is willing to give a hand, which made our stay really pleasant.
Care was good. My only complaint is that doctors and nurses should listen to patients' input and some don't e.g. told anesthetist I had previous problems with canulas going into the back of my hands he didn't listen he ended up putting one in my arm after 3 attempts. In the meantime I am the one who suffers the pain because of someone's ego. A nurse more or less said I was wrong on the quantity of my diabetic tablets I was taking I have been taking these tablets for 18 months I should know the details of my prescriptions!!!
Very attentive and great care from the A and E and ward team
Everything was good.
Only downfall was 11 hrs wait to get from minors to this ward.
