The whole experience has been a positive one as positive as it can be when you're unwell! The nurses have been very attentive, caring and very patient. The doctors have been extremely informative, easy to talk to their explanations of my treatments have been explained in a clear way. My breast cancer nurse is exceptional (Maria White). Again, she is very caring extremely knowledgeable and obviously very experienced. I feel as though I am in very safe hands. Thank you!

The nurses were very friendly and made me very comfortable.
No question was too hard.
Information was all good, the Physios were very good, well explained there was nothing more to say, everybody made me feel good.

Nurses were very good caring, couldn't fault them. Doctor was lovely, consultant didn't spend 3 mins would have liked to ask questions about medications etc.

The staff were polite and friendly but I still feel more detailed information can be given about the findings after the procedure by the doctor himself and any follow up treatments should also be discussed. A little bit disappointed about the care after the procedure in terms of explaining things.
