Was taken care of nicely. Was busy when I came in. This was immediately explained. Staff were delightful. I felt well taken care of.

The waiting time needs to be improved. Also the receptionists, they can be more friendly. There's a chocolate/crisps machine in the waiting area that doesn't work.

When discharged, I had to wit for more than four hours for my medicines to be dispensed by the chemist. Can this process be expedited?

Treated very well. Staff very helpful, kind, all in all a good experience at this hospital. Would recommend to others. Very clean as well.
