I feel is I had been treated earlier when my condition started I wouldn't have the problems with my hands I have ow, but it's far too late for me but hopefully things will improve so other people won't have to suffer.

Very pleased with care on procedure day, kept informed at all times. Caring professional staff. Two points to mention.
1. Lack of privacy/confidentiality at pre-assessment as assessed in close proximity to other patients.
2. Disposable pants good idea but who are very supposed to fit!
