I could not have asked for better care. Staff and Drs so caring understanding and helpful. They all do such a great job keep it up :-) and thank you. You really made my stay easier I appreciate all you have done.

My consultant listen to me and considered new treatment based on my concerns. What could be improved is written communication. I came for my appointment in February only to be told I should have been sent a cancellation letter as my consultant was not in.

Care was excellent - could be improved.
But I was disconcerted by the fact that a male nurse was initially present. I have strong feelings that male nurses should not be tending female patients especially intimately.
However, I was asked if I objected to him and my feelings were taken into consideration.
