A vending machine in for near base 3 area might be beneficial as its a long wait for the elderly/mobility problem patients. Nice to have a lot drinks while waiting it helps pts keep calm if waiting a long time.

My 86 year old mother is treated here for gynae, falls clinic and eyes. She is always treated with respect and has had very good treatment.
The staff - doctors, nurses and receptionists are helpful and very kind.

Extra emergency bell by toilet and basin would be useful. Otherwise has received excellent care and good food. Staff caring and kind.

When mum was moved from medical assessment unit. She had a bad experience. She waited on the wheelchair for 2 hours, and was sick and not feeling too well. The bed was not ready, she was very upset.
