Had taken very just to get a canular on, despite the bays being very old and extremely unwell.
The department was also short on resources e.g pull ups.

Great personal care by Mayele, the nurse was very good at giving advice about my mother's condition and was reassuring.

General care was good. Could be improved by keeping informed. After waiting for an hour in a cubicle, had to go and ask for update.
