The staff are friendly and helpful.
Also when you ask them a question and they don't know the answer.
They do all they can to help.
Please more notice of patients and the buzzer.
My care by the doctors and nurses has been very good, also the rest of the staff have been helpful and the lady that makes me coco before bed was a pleasure. Clean beds and clean floors, but toilets need to be clean.

Generally, this nurses were polite and maintained friendly approach. I particularly want to praise staff nurse Raluca who I believe went beyond the call of duty and she attended to every call. Information in a timely manner, and very courteous in her approach. I have been given information relevant to my father's health and well being.

The nurses and the surgeon was very nice and friendly. I didn't feel scared because they calmed me down. I would have liked to have an option of what sandwich to eat and I didn't really have enough to recover in the recovery room. But the nurses were lovely.

Staff checked on me regarding when they said they would. Night staff were very good. Overall an excellent stay for my first time.
