Speed of triage good.
Speed of radiology for X-ray good.
Wait for minors poor.
Not pleased with outcome as I waited for a long time limping around and seen and finished within 5 mins.
Had to ask for ankle brace otherwise would have been sent home with "rice' first aid I am already aware of.

We were happy about the speed at which all the necessary tests were taken. But we had to wait a long time for the doctor to come and tell us the results and tell us whether I'm staying in hospital or next.

I found very good care. People at Ivis ward are very friendly, paying attention to patient, listen calls. More about sister and support nurses, they are working hard always helping and most important is they are always punctual. What they need to improve is night shift.

Nurses very friendly.Such a shame they are understaffed.We had to wait very long but my mother was treated with dignity and respect.
