From the time I arrived I was treated with respect, and dignity. The bubbly smiling face of Ellen cheered me up and nothing was too much trouble. The Heather ward staff were excellent and I leave feeling confident and comfortable, thank you.

All of the nurses and doctors were really nice and looked after me very well. I feel like I have improved extremely thanks to the help off the staff. I would not improve anything.
