Got the treatment I needed. Time was the biggest factor this could be improved. Knowing it can take hours at A and E can be off putting.

All staff were lovely, to our mum Gladys Samson 16-7-1924. At aged 91 yr young she has been suffering panick attacks. Staff were busy but helped by:
1.Providing incon pads, clean sheet etc commode without making us feel bad.
2.Getting help when needed and bedside manner.
3.All staff excellent.
