Everyone was understanding, pleasant, helpful and supportive. Procedures were explained to me. Options given as to have treatment on day or came back at a later date. No 'waiting' around - everyone was very efficient and made me feel at ease and take away my fears as best they could.

Waiting area was very nice and seating more comfortable and made it less stressful without waiting care was good.

Personally I was seen to really quickly and efficiently.
Doctor explainned what was happening and answered any questions I had very satisfactorily and pleasantly.
PS. Love base 3 new seating arrangement so much more comfortable and colourful.

That everyone is caring and is like a family friendly environment. What could be improved is the cleanliness/or to clean the toilet regularly.
