Could not fault the care, staff all very good 10/10, water on ward 10/10. TV on ward 10/10. Food and tea on ward 10/10. Thank you for your care.

Better air conditioning and more space. However in Gordenia ward, need more beds to reduce waiting time for transfer from A and E to ward - caring and nice. Staff in whole dept, from ward to echo.

Was seen in a timely manner.
There was less delay.
Consultation with the doctor was rewarding and helps to give me a better understanding of my pain.
The mammogram was answered well especially with my first experience and the nurse was well experienced and with a good knowledge and skills.
Overall the service was good.
