On the whole the care and treatment I received was good apart from my care overnight. The nurse who was incharge of my care was very rude and uncaring. I ask her for pain relief through the night (early hours) as I was in pan. I was given pain relief around 10-11 pm and nothing until around 9 the next morning which left me in discomfort, I was told by "favour" to go back to my bed. I also heard Favour speak and treat other patients in this manner and find this unexpected practice from a so called nurse.

Excellent angiography procedure and care but.
No top strap on gown which continually fell down as I used myself - propelling wheelchair.
Rooms too hot for me.

After receiving alarm button nurse came on a few minutes.
Doctors informed me about treatment and what is going on all staff looking after me were very helpful and kind.

Nurses and support staff are kind and professional. Doctor's visit is punctual. The care was very cordial. I do not have a major improvement to make except the night alarms.
