All nurses are excellent, really felt like they care. Could improve on information about waiting times for operation and not keep being changed. Also there was no staff or porters to collect from recovery for an extra 2 hours.

Waiting rooms - can be a log wait for patients/family so improvement can be made with chairs and drinks (free water container) or money vending machine
Otherwise all good, staff very caring.
