The staff on duty today were very polite, friendly and made me feel at ease. They were very professional.

The nursing staff were excellent.
The doctors explained everything full.
The afternoon patients were coming in (most of them early) and it made the ward very busy with the overlap. Maybe the reception area should be completely separate from the patient/bed area.

Very happy with care and support for nursing staff and consultant. Staff were very friendly.
