The consent process was done very well indeed. The registrar took me into a side room and explained everything and asked if there were professional and friendly. Sharon Lindeman was one of the staff in the endoscopy theater. She made me feel very relaxed when talking to me throughout the procedure. She was excellent. I am very impressed with Juni per endoscopy unit.

The kind staff their professional but gentle approach I felt safe and looked after by all of the staff I met. The ward was completely comfortable and clean. A very positive experience.
