Staff incredibly empathetic and caring, however under extreme pressure (ie doctor in A&E and 52 patients)- The system could improve, but grateful appreciative of my experience.
Suggested improvements
Introduce- txt system for those in a known queue and 14+hours waits, better seating areas for those having to lay/remain all night.
