This is the first time I have been a patient and casualty and there after an in patient so they had no records of me. They worked well to co-ordinate the help I needed and reduce my anxiety by regular checks and review of medication.

The lost of my medication notes were disappointing as it had the record of all my treatment from casualty through the various wards (3) until I reached the find ward, this is when my notes were never found, however the staff were very understanding and said that records are done to change to present at happening again.
