The staff were very good and caring

I was advised I was going to have a blood test and xray but neither if these happened. I was also advised by 111 that I had a 16.30 "appoi tment" at A&E but this was not the case and I had to wait a number of hours before being seen by a doctor. I finally saw a doctor at 24.00 and left at 0200 the next day
