-The way nurse explained what was going on to happen next was explained very well.
-Could try to improve on the service timing.
-Also could have more supply of 'Halal' food (patient was hungry, he was offered food but it wasn't Halal).
-Was not told what's happening next, kept asking nurse was told the patient had to be seen by a doctor.
-Nurse was very kind and respectful in explaining the situation.
-Overall I think more doctors should communicate with the patients.
