It has taken over 10 hours to process me. The direct care I have received has been less than 1 hour. Not enough nurses /doctors. The triage service design is very inefficient lots of conversation of a social nature, distracting from care. I had to press with staff regarding communication of timing next steps etc.
Suggested improvements
If you want to make the NHS more efficient, you need to allocate resources more efficiently to be more effective. I understand this is vital and very demanding job, however better communication is required.
