The staff were all very caring, polite, firm and considerate. They took their time to explain at every step of our stay here. My son felt safe and comfortable. When we were out of line (found charging our phone in the ward). The staff were firm and polite, correcting us as required. The environment was conducive and very clean. The room was bright and friendly. Improvement. The only bin in the room was placed in such a manner that makes it difficult to access without intruding.
