- You spoke to my daughter (8) and waited for her to answer, thank you. - You made her feel special. - No question was too small or silly. - You took our concerns seriously. You were happy to provide snacks and drinks outside meal times. - Everyone - porters, domestics and medical staff - were terrific. - We felt safe. - The toilets could do with a check and bin empty more often than they currently do, but this is not key to providing good care.
