Waiting area much improved with better seating. Blood pressure taken in a small side room-again much better. Felt more able to discuss the result than when in waiting room. Always seen Dr Ahmed and he is extremely informative and courteous. Needed to wait for appointment but to be expected as I was at end of clinic and delays happen.
