In the main A&E section, the nurse who checked my blood pressure etc was rude and abrupt. She treated me like an animal. I then was moved to the emergency A&E department for a fast heart rate. A member of staff called Renato was rude and abrupt too. Dr Ahmed was very nice and gave me a more positive experience. The nurses forgot to hook me up to the IV drip after my CT scan which made me stay there even longer. The wait times were very long and everything seemed disorganised.

- kinder nurses who treat people with dignity and don’t loudly talk about other patients. - obviously wait time is an issue
