- No communication between departments - GP has not received a single report since I have been under the care of this trust. - Case notes were lost at the last appointment. - More scans (bone) were recommended but have yet to receive any appointment for this. - Was kept waiting 3 hours for my last appointment as the consultant did not turn up. - What was supposed to have been a 2 week process to find out whether I have cancer turned into 2 months! Appalling service on a par with third world countries.
