Got 362 bus, patient in wheelchair had to stand him up to manouvre wheelchair down kerb no ramp. Waiting area little provision for wheelchair patients, people randomly parked unable to sit with family more than 2 wheelchairs, area is blocked. Elm unit main waiting area full sent to side area, wheelchair took most of doorway (that's as far as it can get). Very disappointed in these small but important things.
