The waiting area - I prefer the "old" system - if you do not go to outpatient to book in and cannot read the tiny sign please make sure..you could be sitting waiting unnecessary. The nurses call out names from all directions and unfortunately cannot hear over "conversations". No sign up to say if there are delays if you are very "elderly" or disabled this system is not efficient at all. Chairs are uncomfortable. Signs need to be larger.
