What I likes is that the whole attendance went through on time and all the staff were attentive and friendly. To make it even better - a few more chairs and where one row of chairs faced away from the waiting area (by the corridor) it would be nicer if they faced in towards the main area as this would make the occupants feel part of what was going on.
