Share review of King George Hospital

Excellent nursing by some members of staff with compassion. Unfortunately not all nursing staff seem to have any kind of patient training whatsoever. Lack of enthusiasm, communication and more worrying I feel was the scale of these shortfalls, frightening I would think for first time patients. Big question- what happened to listening to patients and their concerns?
