We were seen on time. Nurses understood my disability and were very helpful.
Good clear communication.
Suggested improvements
We were not safe about the pre-assessment for what the hospital kept ring yesterday to make an appointment for CT scan. We kept say this staff be for a MRI scan luckily the nurse today conformed is was a MRI.
