Waiting time was too long - if your given an appointment time you should be seen 15 mins either way. Waited over an hour. Not good enough - paid into NHS for over 50 years. Staff could be more accommodating also given a booklet to need in waiting room in full view of other persons this should have been done privately was seriously told read that.
