The doctors and consultants were caring. They tried their best for me to be seen quickly because I was there with a 5 month old baby. They were empathetic towards the pain I was going through

Suggested improvements
The waiting times in the A&E were very long. There were three different scans done to eliminate the problem I was having. It was not helpful as I should have had one x-ray scan from the beginning so the doctors could rule out the pain I was in. I waited for an ultrasound scan to be told that the scan didn’t show anything and then a CT scan which again didn’t show the doctors and consultant anything. Giving just the x-ray could have reduced my time spent in the A&E
