All the much displeasing team at Heather ward (medical, nurses, HCA etc) were very supportive and showed understanding and empathy.
Overall I am very satisfied with my care and would definitely recommend the ward to my friends.
Regarding what can be improved.
1. To me the water sometimes talked for.
2. Re: Menu choice could boiled egg.
