Misdirected by staff to wrong area, took 15 mins to find correct dept even with map/staff directions times two and with appointment paper specifying place, map or appointment form should specify (outpatients) rather than state ophthalmology - RF4 BHRUT because we went to 2nd floor as perceived by staff other than that all clean and friendly.
