I was very impressed with how cheery and pleasant all the staff were from the cleaners dinner ladies, nurses, doctors, consultants everyone! Everyone went out their way for make me feel comfortable and ensured I understood what was going on.

When the nurses end their shift it would have been nice if they said bye, to give you an opportunity to ask them to pass on anything to the next nurse. Also when the nurses changed over they a bit loud (not too disturbing) but maybe if the new nurses introduced themself 1st I would have been more at ease. Offering fresh drinking water { }each { }.
