Out of hours doctors appointment was meant to be at 12:00 and have yet to be seen at 1:45 am. When asked staff at desk at 12:30 when we will be seen, incorrect information was given and the doctor is taking a ridiculous amount of time in between patients and the next patient is called 20 minutes after the patient has left.
